Truffle Mac and Cheese

Today we have a main dish for those who are not so into turkey: Truffle Mac and Cheese! If you haven't seen it yet, we made the perfect salad to complement this pasta.

Ingredients
-200 grs of pasta
-4 tbsp of butter
-4 tbsp of flour
-1 1/2 cups of evaporated milk
-1 tsp of garlic powder
-1/2 tsp of paprika
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 tsp of mustard
-100 grs of soft cheddar
-100 grs of cheddar

Crumble
-1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
-3 strips of bacon
-chives to taste
-1/2 tsp paprika

1. Preheat your oven at 350 F
2. Cook your pasta for 4 minutes only.
3. Add in a high heat pan your butter, flour and milk with the spices. Mix very well.
4. Add your cooked pasta to a dish and add the proves sauce on top.
5. Add the cheese, mix and bake for 40 minutes.
6. Meanwhile in a high heat pan, add the bacon and once it starts to get crispy, add the breadcrumbs, chives, and seasonings. Cook until golden.
7. Serve your Mac and cheese with the crumbs on top.
