Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Homemade Cottage Cheese Ice Cream! We know you'll love it as much as we do...

Ingredients:

• 500 gr cottage cheese.
• 1/4 cup maple syrup.
• 8-10 strawberries.
• Sarai's Maca Cinnamon

Procedure

1. Blend the cottage cheese with the maple syrup and strawberries.
2. In a refractory add half of the blended mixture, strawberry pieces and Maca Cinnamon of Sarai's Spreads. Stir it.
3. Add the rest of the blended mixture, more strawberries and more Maca Cinnamon.
4. Freeze it overnight.
5. Take it out of the freezer 10-20 minutes before serving.
6. And enjoy it!
