Homemade Cottage Cheese Ice Cream! We know you'll love it as much as we do...
Ingredients:
- 500 gr cottage cheese.
- 1/4 cup maple syrup.
- 8-10 strawberries.
- Sarai's Maca Cinnamon
Procedure
- Blend the cottage cheese with the maple syrup and strawberries.
- In a refractory add half of the blended mixture, strawberry pieces and Maca Cinnamon of Sarai's Spreads. Stir it.
- Add the rest of the blended mixture, more strawberries and more Maca Cinnamon.
- Freeze it overnight.
- Take it out of the freezer 10-20 minutes before serving.
- And enjoy it!
