Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Sarai's Almond Spread
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. of baking powder
- Chocolate chips to taste
- Vanilla ice cream to taste
Method:
A) Mix the almond spread, coconut sugar, egg and vanilla in a bowl.
B) Add flour, chocolate chips and baking powder.
C) Place the mixture in a tray forming dough balls.
D) Bake at 170 C for 12 minutes.
E) Let them cool down and add a scoop of ice cream between two cookies and put them in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
F) Take out the cookie sandwich and enjoy!
